Registration & Listing

Users should complete the online registration procedure, with full and correct details. Inaccurate details could be deemed as fraudulent and your registration will be removed from the site.

Sellers will only advertise items that they own. Items should be described as best as possible without misleading information. Details must not include foul language and must comply with these terms and conditions. Your chosen password should be kept safe and can be changed at any time. The Sellers and purchasers of the website agree that Armenian Classifieds is only an advertising area for items for sale or services. Any problems that arise from a sale are the responsibility of the purchaser and seller.

Sellers must make a reasonable effort to check all payments received. Any problems that may arise from non payment should be directed to the purchaser. The seller agrees that Armenian Classifieds can not be held responsible for items that have not been paid for. Armenian Classifieds can not release any data held on a purchaser if registered on Armenian Classifieds unless directed to do so by the law enforcement officials.

All users must comply with the terms and conditions of Armenian Classifieds.

Armenian Classifieds cannot be held responsible for content of its website or websites viewed from a link from the site.

All listings must be legal and conform to the UK Law.

Armenian Classifieds reserve the right to remove any listings that may be deemed unfit for the website content. This includes, but is not exhaustive to:

Currently, advertising (listings) on Armenian Classifieds is free; however Armenian Classifieds reserve the right to apply charges at its discretion. Any charges will be advertised on the website at least two weeks before commencement.
